A Tribute to Music's Most Formidable Photographers: From Jim Marshall to Kirsten Rodgers

Having our picture taken can often be intrusive and annoying and thus photography has somewhat become an art that many people take for granted. However, since photography (alongside film) is one of the only artistic mediums that enables us to capture life’s moments in a realistic way, we can’t help but be grateful and appreciative of those who have pursued their passion to stop time and remember a moment for a lifetime.

After all, if it weren’t for the iconic photographers like Mick Rock, Michael Halsband, and Roberta Bayley (to name a few), we wouldn’t be able to rightfully remember our musical idols and heroes or those fleeting moments that made them so great.

Here’s to the memory catchers.
